El presente aviso legal regula el acceso y el uso del sitio web SmartMatrix, accesible en smartmatrix.hubsmartmatrix.com y en los subdominios de hubsmartmatrix.com correspondientes a las aplicaciones del ecosistema (en adelante, el «Sitio Web» o el «Servicio»).

1. Titular del Sitio Web

En cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE), se informa de que el titular del Sitio Web es:

SmartMatrix es un proyecto personal desarrollado por un particular, sin ánimo de lucro y sin actividad económica asociada. Por este motivo no se consignan datos registrales ni de identificación fiscal. Puede solicitar cualquier información adicional a través del correo de contacto indicado.

2. Objeto

El Sitio Web ofrece un panel central de acceso («hub») con inicio de sesión único (SSO) que da acceso a un conjunto de pequeñas aplicaciones web de uso personal y productivo. El uso de las aplicaciones requiere una cuenta y que el administrador haya concedido permiso sobre cada aplicación.

3. Condiciones de acceso y uso

El acceso al Sitio Web es responsabilidad exclusiva de las personas usuarias e implica la aceptación de este aviso legal y de los Términos de Uso. La persona usuaria se compromete a:

Hacer un uso diligente, correcto y lícito del Servicio, conforme a la ley, la moral, el orden público y este aviso legal.
No utilizar el Servicio con fines ilícitos, lesivos de derechos de terceros o que de cualquier forma puedan dañar, inutilizar o sobrecargar el Servicio.
Custodiar de forma responsable sus credenciales de acceso.

4. Propiedad intelectual e industrial

El código, el diseño, los textos, los logotipos y demás elementos del Sitio Web son titularidad del titular del Sitio Web o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial. No se permite su reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública o transformación sin autorización expresa, salvo cuando la ley lo permita. El contenido que la persona usuaria introduce en las aplicaciones sigue siendo de su titularidad en los términos previstos en los Términos de Uso.

5. Exclusión de garantías y responsabilidad

El Servicio se presta «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el titular no garantiza la disponibilidad y continuidad ininterrumpida del Sitio Web ni la ausencia de errores. El titular no será responsable de los daños derivados de:

interrupciones, fallos, retrasos o errores en el funcionamiento del Servicio;
fallos de los proveedores de infraestructura, comunicaciones o servicios de terceros;
el uso indebido del Servicio por parte de la persona usuaria o de terceros;
el contenido generado mediante modelos de inteligencia artificial, que puede ser inexacto y debe ser revisado por la persona usuaria.

Nada en este aviso legal excluye o limita la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse o limitarse conforme a la legislación aplicable, incluida la responsabilidad frente a consumidores por dolo o negligencia grave.

El Sitio Web puede contener enlaces a páginas de terceros. El titular no asume responsabilidad alguna sobre la información, contenidos o servicios de dichos sitios, cuya inclusión no implica aprobación ni asociación.

7. Protección de datos personales

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por la Política de Privacidad. El uso de dispositivos de almacenamiento y recuperación de datos en el equipo de la persona usuaria se describe en la Política de Cookies.

8. Modificaciones

El titular podrá modificar en cualquier momento este aviso legal, así como la presentación, configuración y contenidos del Sitio Web. Las modificaciones surten efecto desde su publicación en esta página.

9. Comunicación de actividades ilícitas o contenidos inadecuados

10. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción

SmartMatrix is a personal project run by a private individual, on a non-profit basis and with no associated commercial activity. For that reason no company registration or tax identification details are provided. You may request any additional information via the contact email above.

2. Purpose

The Website provides a central sign-in dashboard ("hub") with single sign-on (SSO) that grants access to a set of small personal and productivity web applications. Using the applications requires an account and that the administrator has granted permission for each application.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is the sole responsibility of the user and implies acceptance of this legal notice and of the Terms of Use. The user undertakes to:

use the Service diligently, correctly and lawfully, in accordance with the law, public order and this legal notice;
not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harm third-party rights, or in any way that may damage, disable or overload the Service;
keep their access credentials secure.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, texts, logos and other elements of the Website belong to the Website owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without express authorisation, except where the law allows. Content entered by the user into the applications remains owned by the user as set out in the Terms of Use.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of the Website or that it is error-free. The owner shall not be liable for damages arising from:

interruptions, faults, delays or errors in the operation of the Service;
failures of infrastructure, communications or third-party service providers;
improper use of the Service by the user or third parties;
content generated by artificial-intelligence models, which may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user.

Nothing in this legal notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability towards consumers for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, where the user acts as a consumer the courts of the user's domicile shall have jurisdiction. Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under the law.
